Note that there may be some inaccuracies: 1960s Japanese Woodblock Print UMETARO AZECHI This vintage 1960s Japanese sosaku hanga modernist woodblock print is in very good condition. It is by Umetaro Azechi (1902 - 1999), a really abstract composition. It is titled in pencil (in Japanese) and dated 1963. It is numbered in pencil 21 of 100. No tears, foxing, tape marks, etc. There is a faint crease in the lower right quarter (see photo). Small crease in lower margin. Faint smudging of the black below the central part of the image. Sheet size is 10-3/4" x 14". Image size is 9.5" x 12.5". It is pencil signed and dated "63 - 21/100 - U. Azechi".
