Notes (first edition)?
This version has no artist seal and the title at the lower left (as opposed to the upper right). I have ample evidence to show that this and other unsealed Hasui postcard scenes were sold by Watanabe Tadasu in Pigeon Bus Tour envelopes circa 1950s/60s/70s, so officially published by Watanabe. I have no idea why a Hasui seal was not applied.
Notes (this edition)?
The following information was taken from the original web listing of this artwork. Note that there may be some inaccuracies:

Japanese woodblock print of a temple in snow scene by Kawase Hasui or very much in his style. Identifying stamp on lower left (see below). Print size about 5 5/8" x 3 5/8" tipped along top onto a card. In good condition with no foxing. Good imprint.
One of several Hasui (or in the style of Hasui) prints I am offering on eBay from an estate sale. Previous owners said that these were originally acquired in Japan in 50s.
