Note that there may be some inaccuracies: Original woodblock by Kawano Kaoru and circa 1950s. Very compelling image of a young girl with her fan. Strong impression with the textures and colors complimenting one another. Looks like mica printed on the outer fan. Signed in pencil at the top and artist's red seal. Very good condition. 16 3/4 x 11 1/2 inches.
	Artist Bio:	Kaoru Kawano was a very popular artist for his distinctively styled depictions of figures, especially children. He uses the wood grain patterns to lender the textures and the mood to the works.
