Subject: A fashionable young bijin stands gesturing to her right, before her luggage. In the background behind a stylised pink cloud band travellers in the snow outside the village at Akasaka. A fabulous design, the masterpiece of the set.
Publisher: Tsutaya Kichizo
Date: c.1840
Condition: Very good colors with rich oxidation of the blue of the girl's kimono. Full size untrimmed. Paper very slightly soiled. Minor marks and flaws. Generally very good state.
Impression: Fine with gauffrage. |
