I've waited on this for a year. If someone can read the inside seals I can put this away. With some help I know it's Rat and I think Feb. Is it a publisher seal below it? John if yor're reading this now's your chance to say I told you so. Regards FRED PS, many thanks to SBC for the scan.

Yes, I read the seal as Ne ni aratame, the second month 1864, the publisher's seal below that is of Morimoto Junzaburo
