Subject: Inuyama Dosetsu seated amid flames and smoke, hands clasped, and in his mouth magic pine-sprigs wrapped in paper (aomatsuba). Inset village road. Considered one of the great masterpieces of the set.

Date: 1852
Condition: Fine colors. Full size with a margin at top. Very minor creases, soils, marks and flaws. Album binding holes along left edge. A tiny wormhole towards centre base. Generally very good state of preservation.
Impression: Very good impression with gauffrage and use of mica. |
