Snowy Inokashira, Benten, 1929 Kawase Hasui (1883 - 1957)
The tiny temple at Inokashira reflected in the water and covered in snow. The image is void of figures, focusing on the calm beauty of the landscape covered in snow and the unimposing and beautiful temple structure next to the water. Notice the reflection in the water and the wonderful detail of the entire scene- fantastic!
