Ama (Shell Diver) by Sanzo Wada. Genuine woodblock print dated September Showa 30 (1955). 13.5 x 16.9 inches. Fine condition. Title in upper right of image. Date, Kyoto Hanga-in publisher's seal, blue round Shinagawa seal, Ito printer's seal and Shibamura carver's seal in left margin. Large Kyoto Hanga-in watermark in bottom margin. Sanzo character's and red seal in lower left of image. Deep texture on thick washi. Good ink penetration.
