A row of travelers walks along a highway deep in the mountains as the snow continues to fall. The silvery white world deadens all sound. It is a silent world. The giant trees shown on either side of the composition seem to enfold the row of travelers. None of the travelers' faces are shown. The hidden expressions only further heighten the print's mood |
